1. How do I apply to become a wholesale/consignment partner?

2. Is there a minimum order requirement?

Wholesale orders have a $100 minimum order requirement. All items must also be ordered by the case. Consignment does not require an upfront purchase, so no minimum order is required.

3. Can I customize products for my store?

Absolutely! We offer private-label options for select wholesale products, allowing you to feature your branding and tailor the packaging to your store’s aesthetic. We do not offer private labeling for consignment at this moment.

4. What’s your lead time for orders?

Lead times vary based on order size, delivery location and method, and customization needs. Most of our wholesale and consignment orders can be filled within 7 days. We will work to give you an accurate ETA as you place each order.

5. Do you offer seasonal or limited-edition products?

Yes! We regularly release seasonal collections and limited-edition scents, perfect for keeping your inventory fresh and exciting year-round.

6. Do you offer products exclusive to wholesale?

Yes! We keep our whole selection of past fragrances available to wholesale vendors year-round. We are also able to work with you on creating unique fragrances to your business.

7. Can I order samples before committing to a larger order?

Yes, we offer sample packs for you to test our products before placing a wholesale order. Contact us for pricing and availability.

8. Do you provide marketing materials for retailers?

We’re happy to provide high-quality images, graphics, product descriptions, and scent profiles to help you promote our products in your store or online.

9. What are your payment terms?

We require payment upon order delivery for most wholesale orders. For repeat customers, we may offer up to net 30 terms—contact us to discuss. We require payment for consignment by the 1st of every month for the previous month's sales.

10. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit, debit, check, cash, ACH, PayPal, Venmo, and Cash App at this time.

11. Do you offer payment plans?

We offer payment plans through Afterpay. All plan options will be subject to their approval. We also recommend our consignment option to vendors looking to pay as items sell.

12. How does consignment work?

We will set up a display in your store and provide our products at no cost to you. On the 1st of every month, you will pay for the items that sold the previous month. We will continue to restock items as they are sold.

13. What should I do if I receive damaged or incorrect products?

Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue quickly through replacements or refunds.

14. Do you offer exclusivity for specific regions or retailers?

We consider exclusivity on a case-by-case basis, depending on your location and order volume. Contact us to discuss this option further.
