About Us

Dreamed up by a husband and wife living in Demorest, North Georgia Provisions Company is our way of sharing what makes our home so special. Having traveled throughout North Georgia and experienced a lot it has to offer, we have now chosen to share our experiences through the smells and tastes that make the region so unique. Behind every scent and every flavor we pick is a story, and we hope to share them with love from our home to yours.

Who We Are

Hi! We are Gab and Caleb Bixler. We first met back in 2021 while both attending UGA. Despite being very different people, we both bonded over our excitement for new things and our shared love of Georgia wines. While traveling to new wineries, we enjoyed exploring the towns around them and the things that made each of them unique. Since then, we have gotten married and chosen to lay down roots in the beautiful North Georgia mountain town of Demorest. Even though there is still so much more to the North Georgia mountains that we have yet to explore, we wanted to go ahead and share the places that we have already discovered with those around us as well as the stories of anywhere new that we might still discover. We hope you take the time to not just explore our products but also the stories behind them and the places that inspired them. Then, we hope that you go out and make stories of your own too!
